In countries where Paypal does not function, or for customers who would like to place orders directly via credit card, we can send them a Payment invoice via Payoneer.
We offer a 30 day, no questions asked, return window on all our products. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt for return instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org
After the return is approved, buyer must send the item back to our warehouse.
After we properly inspect the item, we will issue a full refund for the item.
In case of buyer initiated cancellation of order (Includes Remote Area Location Orders), the amount of transaction fees charged originally by Paypal will not be refunded. This is in line with Paypal's new policy for issuing refunds which charges us for issuing refunds. (Paypal Fees is 3-4%)
